This course has been developed to support learners to become familiar with the skills & knowledge required to carry out effective supervisions and gain and understanding of their role and responsibilities and the benefits of effective supervision. 

 

The course is relevant for existing or newly appointed managers, team leaders, seniors or anybody who may supervise staff that provide care and support in a range of different care based settings.
